The Community Harvest Dinner was an overwhelming success!  Dinner was served to over 150 people from a menu of local foods.  Thank you to all of the food producers and volunteers who made this possible!

2005 Menu

Vegetable Medley - fresh, colorful veggies arranged around bowls of savory herb goddess and creamy yogurt dips

Beef Satay Skewers - Grassfed beef marinated in a mildly spicy Thai peanut and lime sauce and grilled

Buffalo Stew - Tender buffalo pieces, browned and simmered with La Ratte fingerling and Desiree yellow potatoes, carrots, and onions in a red wine sauce

Curried Lamb - Succulent lamb cooked slowly with Alby's gold potatoes, onions, and greens with exotic curry spices

Vegetarian Curry - A vegetarian curry with tofu and a mix of seasonal vegetables flavored with exotic curry spices

Spelt - Chewy kernals of grain

Salad of Mixed Greens - A tasty mix of tender lettuces and other greens with roasted beets, lightly dressed with a red wine vinaigrette

Bread - Rolls made with freshly ground winter wheat by Wildflour Bakery

Peach and Blackberry Cobbler - Fragrant peaches paired with Imnaha blackberries, baked under a rich biscuit dough and served warm with homemade vanilla ice cream

Beverages - Fresh mint iced tea, organic decaffeinated Juana Bean coffee roasted by Motley Brew Coffee Company and assorted hot teas
